Most of our Dedicated Servers allow for you to use the Dell iDrac or IPMI system to remotely manage your server. This includes power options and re-installing your systems operating system if needed.
We do this by giving you a direct DNS entry that allows you to connect to the service via a Web Browser and this information will be included in your Dedicated Server order confirmation eMail from us.
You can request to add or remove IPv4 addresses to the access list by submitting a request via the Ticket System.
